Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your package ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want your holiday decorating experience to be as magical and worry-free as possible. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our straightforward returns and exchanges policy is here to help.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Important Conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline and Method
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of our warehouse receiving your return.
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
Exchanges
For exchanges (e.g., for a different size, color, or product):
- Follow the same process to return the original item.
- Once the return is received and approved, we will process your new order.
- You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or Used Light Bulbs: This includes all C7 LED Bulbs, C9 LED Bulbs, and all variants of our Latest Generation LED Bulbs (Faceted, Twinkle, Frosted Smooth). For quality assurance and safety reasons, these cannot be returned once opened.
- Christmas Ornaments: Due to their fragile and seasonal nature, all ornaments are final sale.
If you receive a defective string of lights or a damaged ornament, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue, and we will gladly help you find a solution.
